Subject	Turbo timer setting in minutes?

Message	What would you consider to be the best time setting for a turbo timer? I have heard mixed reviews. If you leave it idle for a period of a couple of minutes, it will hurt the turbos and if you dont let the motor idle long enough, it will envoke coking. I am wondering what the optimum time setting would be in between both issues and what you have yours set at. Thx
